Nickel and Dimin' for MVP
Well, DimeMag's first MVP pick was the Warriors own... Calbert Cheaney. Oooops, sorry typo. Baron Davis tops Dime's MVP predictions.
Baron is coming off an injury-plagued season in which he killed fantasy owners everywhere (Dime crew included). The main issue is whether he can remain healthy for an entire season. If he does, then he’s in line to have a monster campaign with Golden State. If they sneak into the playoffs behind a healthy Baron, an MVP award is not out of the question.
If the Warriors make the playoffs, do you envision Baron getting some serious MVP consideration?

Is it really that surprising? There's a lot of questions regarding their playoff chances. You can make an argument for both sides. IMO, just let them play and sees what happens.
