JRich Sharing Team

HIS FACE NEEDN'T BE ON POSTERS from Mercury
Jason Richardson says he knows what kind of reputation he had around the NBA. That he was selfish. That he was into his own stats. That he was interested more in performing gravity-defying feats worthy of an ESPN highlight package than in playing the kind of mundane, fundamental basketball that wins games.
``I had,'' Richardson said simply, ``a bad rep.''
So when the Warriors traded for Baron Davis -- a star with his own healthy ego -- and handed him the reins last February, inquiring minds were more than a little curious about how J-Rich would handle the fact that Golden State no longer was ``his'' team.
This is what has happened: nothing. No drama. No theater. No soap opera.
