Warriors and Clipper Trade Floating Around
Clippers send Chris Wilcox and their number 12 pick in the 2005 draft for Mike "Tea Bag Me" Dunnuthin'. The Warriors then draft Danny Granger with the number 9 pick. Mickael "Shutdown Kobe" Pietrus becomes the starting small forward for the Warriors.

why would they want him?
a first rounder for dunleavy? i'll take it. please get rid of him. seems like montgomery feels obligated to play him because mullin likes him. and definitely let pietrus play more, he's much better.
and wilcox is an active body that might help on D.
I would seriously consider that trade because it'll take care of two needs ...defense and an athletic big man who can finish inside.
