Dime Says Frye

DimeMag's latest Mock Draft has the Warriors taking Channing Frye out of Arizona.

Of all the squads in the draft, it’s the Warriors who have the most potential for 05-06, so this draft is important. And for G-State, it’s important to fill the middle this year. Frye is a poor man’s Tim Duncan in the sense that he’s fundamentally sound with solid footwork and a mid-range jumper. He won’t be as dominant as Duncan but you know what you’re getting and that’s rare to say these days.

Let's keep our fingers crossed that Frye isn't as boring as Duncan either. I can already see the "Frye Nights" at the Arena sponsored by McDonald's (def check out the Song of the Year and Still "Luvin' It")

a time to heal. A time to
tear down and a time to
rebuild. A time to cry and
a time to laugh. A time to
grieve and a time to dance.
A time to scatter stones
and a time to gather stones.
A time to embrace and a

that the common culture of my youth

channing frye is built in the same mold as previous arizona big men...ie...loren woods and aj bramlet just to name a few....which equates into being a bench player at best and being a 5pts and 3 reb kind of player....the warriors definatley need an athletic low post pressence....a charlie villanueva...chris taft(who's stock is falling fast)....or hakim warrick....however...scouting reports show that there is a 7'3" power forward from europe martynas Andriuskevicius that COULD potentially be good...however...im sure the warriors want someone NOW...which means that they will go with a "sure thing" which never happens in the draft....so only time will tell.
