Having Fun Making Bucks

Ex-Warriors assistant enjoying his new job from SJ Mercury

Milwaukee Coach Terry Stotts emerged from the Bucks' locker room with a huge smile Tuesday.

The Warriors assistant from a year ago has a lot to smile about. His team is one of the darlings of the NBA this year, a talented and athletic squad many are picking to be a surprise contender.

Stotts has a talented young point guard who is making a valiant return from a serious spinal injury in T.J. Ford. He has one of the best shooters in the NBA in guard Michael Redd, a legitimate center in Jamaal Magloire, the No. 1 overall draft pick in Andrew Bogut and the league's reigning most improved player in forward Bobby Simmons. He also has depth, with last season's regulars Mo Williams, Joe Smith, Toni Kukoc and Dan Gadzuric coming off the bench.
