Draft Notes from Warriors Most Valuable Network
The alleged “promise” from the Warriors to Channing Frye is officially debunked. Chad Ford wrote today that after speaking to the Warriors and Frye’s agent, any indication of a promise is “bogus". Keep in mind, however, that Golden State is still very high on Frye. Just don’t buy a customized Frye jersey in anticipation of a draft day pick. Yes, I still think that barring Fran Vasquez slipping to the Warriors at nine, that Frye will make his home in Oakland next year.

I don't know about that. I read that the Knicks are highly interested in Frye and may take him at 8. Thomas even went down to AZ to do a background check on him.
In regards to Vasquez, the Hornets, Jazz, and Raptors are strongly interested in him as well.
Don't be surprised if both are gone by 9.
Keep in mind also that Chad Ford is a rumor monger and has been proven to make things up.

Do you have any specific info and articles on this? He can't be as bad as Peter Vescey.
